Email from Godfrey 8/11/07

Dear Mom Lovie,

Thank you so much for your support of the church renovation. The pictures will show you how far we have come and now we are looking to heaven to see what God is going to do for us because we have gone this step of faith and we can go no further by ourselves…except when He intervenes.

We are still trusting that God will bring the work to accomplishment. Keep us in your prayers until we go through it all. We cannot use the building until we have raised all the walls, rough cast them, and plastered. We wholeheartedly appreciate Pastor Webb and his church so much because they pushed us forward to take a big step of faith. So you can see a very big shame, the shame of worshipping in a broken tent shelter, breaking off. The Lord is taking off the reproach of Zion, and we shall together conquer the gates of our enemy. God bless you all and be encouraged in all you are doing for God’s glory.

Mom Lovie, I know God will make your and our dream become a reality some day, and the tears and inner wounds will be no more.
